LMIA approved. This employer is approved to hire a foreign worker into this role, which is what lets a work permit be issued for it. It does not by itself make you eligible.

About this role

Summerside Roofing & Siding is a roofing and siding contractor based in Aylmer, Quebec. We are adding a receptionist to keep our small office running and to help manage the paperwork that comes with each job.

You will greet visitors, answer the phone and take messages, book appointments for estimates, and keep client files and job records in order. It is an entry-level role; we will show you our filing and booking systems and how we track jobs.

What you'll be doing

  • Front desk. Greet visitors, answer the phone and direct calls to the right person.
  • Booking. Schedule estimate appointments and confirm them with clients.
  • Records. File job sheets, invoices and client details, and keep the office tidy.
  • Support. Help with mail, photocopying and basic data entry for the office team.

What they're asking for

  • Education. A high school diploma is preferred but not required.
  • Experience. None needed; we will train the right person.
  • Language. English and French, spoken and written, at a working level.
  • Reliability. Punctual and able to work onsite in Aylmer, Quebec.

What the employer offers

  • Training. Paid time to learn our booking and filing systems.
  • Gear. Office equipment and supplies provided.
  • Leave. Standard vacation pay and statutory holidays.
